This project is to develop a work-top food-waste container for the kitchen. One that easily enables each waste deposit to be enclosed, controlling waste hygiene issues so that people feel happy to separate/store this waste. It will enable landfill tax/LATS savings for LAs and also reduce methane from the environment.
