Carol Boyer-Spooner, Director, Chemistry Innovation KTN

 

Carol Boyer-Spooner has over 25 years experience in the Chemistry-using Industry spanning Pharmaceuticals, Explosives, Plastics, Chlorine and Paint working in Australia, America, Asia and Europe, Carol is well position to lead Chemistry Innovation. Carol is also the Chair of the Knowledge Centre for Materials Chemistry, a member of the Manchester University school of Chemistry External Advisory Board, Founding Member of the Suschem UK Board. In addition she is a member of many boards including the Molecular Engineering Translational Research Centre Advisory Board, Chemicals and Pharmaceutical Advisory Board (Cogent sector Skills Council), Technical Advisory Board for CPI and the Chemistry World Editorial Board and more recently has become the executive arm of the Industrial Biotechnology Leadership Forum, heading up the Industrial Biotechnology Special Interest Group (IBSIG).
