Dr Ruth L. Mallors, Director Aerospace & Defence KTN

Ruth brings with her a wealth of experience across multiple sectors in providing strategic input, facilitation and guidance to enable business change and improvement through effective Knowledge Management and Knowledge Transfer. Before joining the KTN, Ruth has worked for Ernst & Young, Sainsbury’s and AMEC all in senior roles leading organisational transformation through Knowledge Management programmes as well working as a freelance management consultant. Ruth holds a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Edinburgh in addition to her first degree from University College London. Ruth is responsible for developing and broadening the strategic agenda of the KTN, which includes maintaining and creating relationships with senior stakeholders from Industry, Academia and Government, across multiple Departments and Sectors as appropriate.
