Stuart Fraser, Catastrophe Risk Analyst, Aon Benfield Analytics

Stuart joined Aon in 2006 as a Catastrophe Risk Analyst, while studying for an MSc in Geophysical Hazards at University College London.

Following the creation of Aon Benfield, Stuart increasingly carried out evaluation of third-party catastrophe models and now runs the dedicated model evaluation team in Aon Benfield Analytics, which has been put in place to increase analysts' understanding of what can sometimes be "black box" models and to provide additional guidance to Aon Benfield's clients around the key issues in understanding catastrophe model output.
