Mike Perry – Principal Consultant, BRE




Mike Perry has over thirty year’s experience of dealing with strategic and policy related projects in the built environment.

For fifteen years Mike’s ‘professional passion’ has been intelligent buildings, the application of integrated digital communications technologies to the wider benefit of the built environment. He is a Board member of TAHI (The Application Home Initiative), as well as chairman of TAHI’s Smart Building Group.

The current focus of Mike’s work is on the application of digital solutions to energy monitoring & management, working with industry and the research community. He is a member of TSB’s Smart Meter Special Interest Group.
