Nick Bromley, Director, Transport KTN

 

The Transport KTN is headed up by interim Director Nick Bromley.  Nick has a background in IT and transport technologies. As a sysytems engineer with ICL he developed the UK's first bus tracking system for West Midlands Passenger Transport; he wrote ComputaCar online vehicle sales system, and coded the UK's first branch hire system for Swan National car hire. Nick was a consultant for ICL manufacturing installing systems for Dunlop, GKN, Dowty before working internationally in India with Tata group and Wipro. He worked for Fujitsu in Malaysia setting up a manufacturing and transport services team, implementing scheduling systems with MAS and systems integration projects for Sepang airport.  Prior to his latest role he was with TfL leading multi-modal transport interchange programmes including the Elephant and Castle and the South East arm of Crossrail.
