Tim Waite, Assistant director (Cardiac), Kent Cardiovascular Network

Tim Waite is Assistant Director (Cardiac) with the Kent Cardiovascular Network. At present he is responsible for a number of cardiology projects across Kent one of which is to increase the detection of Atrial Fibrillation and optimise its treatment thereby reducing the number of strokes.

Tim has over 30 years experience in the NHS working in hospital and community services in a variety of HR and operational management roles.

He is a former NHS Management Trainee with a MBA and Diploma in Health Service Management.
