Victor Henning, Co-Founder & CEO, Mendeley

Victor Henning is the co-founder and CEO of Mendeley (http://www.mendeley.com). Prior to this, he was a lecturer in consumer behavior and film industry studies at the Bauhaus-University of Weimar. He also worked at strategy consulting firm Oliver Wyman, film production company Helkon, and record labels Sony Music/Columbia and Revelation Records.
